receptionist
Responsibility
- the above vacancy has arisen within the HR Department
- all visitors should be welcomed in a pleasant and professional manner and dealt with promptly and efficiently
- responsibility for manning Reception for intake of Visitors/Contractors and directing phone calls appropriately and arranging cover when required
- general Administrative tasks required to support other departments ie HR, Finance, Purchasing etc
- this role is initially available for 6 months whilst the long term Reception requirements are considered
- assist with ongoing Administration projects
- TDK is a supplier to some of the most diverse, technology based and original equipment manufacturers worldwide including global organisations within the Industrial, Medical and Test & Measurement markets
- this position is based at our European head office and manufacturing centre in Ilfracombe, on the beautiful Devonshire coastline in the South West of England
Requirements
- experience in a similar role is desirable
- excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
