- identify customer needs and problems and look to resolve or escalate to the relevant business units

- able to demonstrate capability of having a clear understanding of strategic direction and challenges
- able to communicate using a wide range of tools clearly and effectively with customers. Able to deliver powerful, succinct and convincing presentations to all levels
