Responsibility

  • we have a vacancy for an Internal Sales / Account Manager to join our team at our busy Bradford Timber depot. Dealing with customers face to face over a trade counter and increasing ledger sales via regular calls and prospecting

Requirements

  • pro-active outbound calls to generate interest and activity
  • complete all quotations and return in the agreed timescale
  • understanding the product base to be able to speak to customers and offer the right options
  • offer industry leading customer service
  • stock management – help pro-actively manage stock levels
  • develop relationships with key supply partners to maintain a good understanding of products and services
  • to increase sales through the conversion of incoming phone and email inquiries ; using your market knowledge and an understanding of the materials available
  • to assist the Depot to attain overall monthly budget objective
