Education
- educated to degree standard with relevant degree pass in Chemical and Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline
Requirements
- anticipation – Ability to anticipate operational needs, issues and problems and be proactive in addressing such needs
- experience of working in a Manufacturing or Production environment preferable
- communication Skills – excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- clear understanding of SHHEQ issues
- edge – Well organized, ambitious, courageous, flexible but decisive, with the ability to communicate and effectively influence others
- ethics & Integrity – High degree of personal integrity in all business dealings
- analytical Skills – Ability to analyze information and made deductions based on information. Ability to track and report data, as needed. High level of attention to detail
