This company takes your money and doesn't supply the goods. Do not order from this company or you will be scammed! They advertise the item cheap to reel you in- too good to be true! Had to resort to contacting my bank to get my money back and they have the audacity to fight it!!

Steer clear of (deleted by the administrator) the rip off merchant of Morocco, conned me as well with the engraver scam.

Scam.. ordered a laser engraver. Ended up with a 5p keyring

Isn't the refund possible? If you got something else than ordered, then maybe just go, contact them and make it clear. I think there should be possibility to do so

I to bought a mini engraver took my money never received engraver, know can’t get on their website. Or contact them definitely a fraud company

Was it a long time ago? Maybe there is still a chance for them to get back to you. If the company is a fraud, I don't think that they will not last too long with all the reviews

I too have ordered a laser engraver they have taken the money not bother to reply to any of my emails now going to report them for fraud

Exactly the same for me, ordered laser engraver and got a keyring. Website is gone. Looks like a phantom shop. Not sure why they bothered sending the mail

Can't you now just report it and exchange it? I think it shouldn't be a problem for the company. Maybe their website will be back soon, but idk. Is it off for a long time now?

I think we should report the company to scam alert site and and also to Companies House on government website as a fraudulent shop

I would say it's a great idea! If there are any problems and the company is not answering, that's the only thing left to do. Do you think there are many people to report that? A bigger group is always more reliable
