- we serve a blend of tradtional and modern tapas dishes made to order and a range of Spanish beers, wines and mixed drinks including Gin Tonica and our own recipe Sangria

- being so close to ExCel we also host plenty of private corporate events and are the favourite restaurant for many visitors and exhibitors
- our chefs are simply amazing people who take immense pride in what they do and are the core of our restaurant operations
- all chefs are trained in all aspects of our menu so you can expect to be able to produce all of our dishes in a short period of time after training
- our Sous Chefs are responsible for painting our high standards and ensuring smooth service. In addition they are responsible for training, ordering and delivering expected GP% for food
