Responsibility
- developing client briefs into successful digital strategies that are tailored to clients’ objectives
- planning and optimising clients’ performance marketing campaigns – specifically Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- write engaging copy for ads and social media
- work closely with the design team to bring ideas to life
- manage monthly performance reports regarding goals achievement for clients. Provide benchmarks and references with clear learnings for future planning
- enhance our service and drive better results via deep-dive audits, building advanced testing plans, tactical decision-making and pushing industry standards
- manage clients’ social media and content – planning, drafting, amending, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting – across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role
- google Ads & Facebook certified
- demonstrable experience of social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- proven ability to juggle different brands/campaigns, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- strong knowledge of social media metrics and content performance
- experience with agency software
- understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively
- an understanding of Search Optimisation
