Responsibility

  • the role will involve work across both of our kitchens in Totnes
  • daily tasks will include; veg and meat prep, washing up, cleaning storage areas and assisting chefs
  • availability for day time and evening shifts is essential
  • understanding of food hygiene and how this is put into practice
  • ability to monitor stock levels and wastage, reporting issues to the management
