Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- lead the development and training of Assembly Build Instructions
- identify and provide effective training methods for all Focus Factories
- lead the introduction of new customers and products
- ensure compliance with global Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
- collaborate with FFs to rationalise equipment and configuration requirements to meet manufacturing and customer needs
- support test acceptance and yield improvement processes
- oversee the implementation of Test Engineering Change Orders
- occasional travel may be required
Requirements
- strong organisational, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
- multi-site or multi-customer experience is highly preferred
- maintain strong working relationships with FF personnel, program management, Product Services Engineering group, and process support personnel
- assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is a plus
Education
- seven years of related experience is required; Nine or more years of related experience is preferred
- working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 is a plus
