Responsibility

  • working closely with the Payroll Assistant to support with the weekly payrolls
  • processing new starters and leavers on a weekly basis
  • chase timesheets where necessary
  • liaising with staff company branches to resolve queries
  • build internal relationships/rapport with colleagues at branches – via phone & emails
  • support other members of the team
  • any other ad hoc duties required to ensure the payroll function runs in the most efficient & effective manner
  • travel to various sites & office locations from time to time
