Responsibility
- manage tickets that come in via the helpdesk ensuring a timely response
- to liaise and provide appropriate support and advice to all other departments within the organisation
- to support the Operations department in all aspects of their work
- to maintain the accuracy and quality of information held on the Membership Database
- to provide support and guidance for Table Tennis England members with registration or annual renewal of memberships
- point of contact for all Tournament Organisers, to assist them with up-to-date ranking information and membership checks for their tournament entrants
- to provide support and guidance for all customers and members with any enquiry they may have either over the phone or via email
- to attend Ranking Policy meetings as Table Tennis England staff representative
Requirements
- an understanding of excellent customer service
- basic knowledge and understanding of Table Tennis England structures and programmes
- previous customer care experience
- producing reports and statistics
- knowledge of the workings of Company registration and Companies House workings
- experience working with Membership CRM databases
- line management skills and the ability of get the best from your team
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of partners, volunteers and participants
