Requirements
- proven track record in a commercial management/leadership role being successfully undertaken historically
- wide experience in a relevant Main Contracting Senior Commercial Role
- A detailed knowledge of relevant contract conditions, including JCT/NEC
- up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and construction industry
- A full successful track record in leading financial management and cost control on projects
- delivering projects
- minimum of 10 years of working experience in the construction industry
- commercial Management: 10 years
