maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing, to effectively advise customers and close sales
build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively prospecting for new business opportunities and maximizing sales opportunities
complete all sales-related paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
collaborate with other team members, including finance and service departments, to provide comprehensive solutions and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in commercial vehicles
strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and their specifications
excellent communication and negotiation skills
proven track record of achieving sales targets
attention to detail and proficiency in paperwork and administrative tasks
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
