- ensure all recruitment-related documentation is properly filed and organised
Requirements
- assist in creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and meaningful communication to candidates
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- previous experience or internship in recruitment, human resources, or related field is an advantage
- familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and candidates
- detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
