ensure all recruitment-related documentation is properly filed and organised
Requirements
assist in creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and meaningful communication to candidates
bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
previous experience or internship in recruitment, human resources, or related field is an advantage
familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
strong verbal and written communication skills
excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and candidates
detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
