- pro-actively Lead and direct all of the tasks associated with maintenance and breakdowns of site equipment and facilities
- manage operational safety issues affecting staff on a day to day basis
- allocate and maintain the daily production output needs, ensuring that all targets are achieved
- ensure that all maintenance work is undertaken and recorded in accordance the CMMs
- provide guidance for other team members on technical and operational issues
- carry out maintenance product audits e.g. Pre & Post Work Inspections
- reporting of plant and infrastructure defects and initiating rectification through the CMMS
- all solutions must be supported with the relevant documentation and recorded
