Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and well-being
- enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- administer first aid and perform CPR if necessary
- conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting patrons as needed
Requirements
- must possess current lifeguard certification, including CPR and First Aid training
- strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques
- ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
