Responsibility
as part of a growing Practice support team, you will be providing vital support to the Partners and a team of Wealth Advisers whilst working towards the completion of a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
provide general administration support as required to the Partners and Management
ensure all processes are completed within the regulatory timescales
send meeting confirmations via email and post to clients
contact clients by phone, email and post to book Review meetings with Partners and Advisors
monitor and Complete the Client Review & Drawdown Review Process which includes writing Client Review Letters
complete Fund Switches when instructed
create Post Review letters and distribute to Clients
Requirements
has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
projects a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provides quality support on time to agreed standards
demonstrates good organisational skills
pays attention to detail
manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
team Work: Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables
