Responsibility

  • as part of a growing Practice support team, you will be providing vital support to the Partners and a team of Wealth Advisers whilst working towards the completion of a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • provide general administration support as required to the Partners and Management
  • ensure all processes are completed within the regulatory timescales
  • send meeting confirmations via email and post to clients
  • contact clients by phone, email and post to book Review meetings with Partners and Advisors
  • monitor and Complete the Client Review & Drawdown Review Process which includes writing Client Review Letters
  • complete Fund Switches when instructed
  • create Post Review letters and distribute to Clients
