• responsible for marketing properties and assisting with homes
• managing and conducting market appraisals; providing recommendations on how Swan Letting can achieve the best for a client’s property
• responsible for maintaining client records are up to date

Earnings for position sales negotiator

Responsibility

• key repsonibilities of bookeeer will include the following
• handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
• reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost

• enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
• facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary
• assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed
• payroll
• follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time

• previous letting or sales experience is preferred but full training can also be provided

• swan Sales and Lettings are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who can work independently and confidently within our Sales and Student lettings department
• day to day administration work such as contract signing
• candidate must have a full clean UK driving license with an access to own vehicle, company vehicle is available at the premises
