Responsibility

  • responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of properties across East London & surrounding areas of Essex
  • the post holder will also be required to be on call outside of working hours on a rota basis
  • key Responsibilities
  • block management of a portfolio of residential properties including mixed tenure, RMC, Freehold and leasehold blocks of flats and estates
  • preparing and monitoring service charge budgets based on previous expenditure and knowledge of site
  • approve invoices for expenditure for managed buildings
  • to carry out all regular and routine property management tasks including inspections, resident and client meetings, setting and managing scheme budgets, liaising with contractors and suppliers
  • to provide a highly responsive service to clients and customers on a daily basis and support the team in identifying and negotiating new business
