\*Assist the Registered Manager in ensuring the Statement of Purpose for the home is updated and accurate at all times
working as a Deputy Manager of a Children’s Residential Home, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the young people, ensuring they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood
we are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, whist ensuring their safety and well-being is at the forefront of every decision we make
\*Ensure the young people receive a sensitive residential service which best meets their individual health care, social, cultural, racial, psychological, physical identity and educational needs
