participate in and contribute to organisational/team meetings as required
point of contact for HR queries for a variety of customers and stakeholders
monitor sickness absences for all employees and providing absence related advice to the Leadership team where required
ensure that work is carried out in accordance with HILS’s values, equality aims, policies and procedures
ensure accurate and up to date information is available to all staff, responding to incoming queries from external and internal customers, and escalating issues to more senior team members where appropriate
undertake other HR tasks as required
