- boparan Restaurant Group is a collection of iconic restaurant brands, spanning Fine Dining, Casual Dining and QSR
- you will be working across all group brands covering GBK, Carluccios, Slim Chickens, Giraffe, Ed’s Easy Diner, Cinnamon Collection and Fishworks
- provide administrative support to the Head of supply chain in Forecasting, Stock Management, Generation of Purchase Orders and Freight Management
- analyse supplier delivery schedules and ensure suppliers meet planned shipment dates
- liaise with internal and external suppliers and customers, regarding shipment dates and stock availability
- support the menu development process, working with the procurement team to successfully launch new menus
- location: Flexible but will need access to our Head Office in Solihull, Birmingham. UK
- maintain accurate Supply Chain and Stock records
