- for this job you will need to be friendly, hands on, happy to get stuck in and be 100% customer focused
- we are a bespoke venue so are experienced at training staff with all types of backgrounds and experience
- this is a salaried role with a base pay of £24,500. In addition there is a rewarding BONUS STRUCTURE which you will be eligible to be added to once fully trained
- the role will involve a variety of different tasks including but not limited to providing quality customer service, bar duties, general upkeep of venue etc

- this role will also include key holding duties and you, along with the venue manager and your other full time management team members, will need to make sure the venue is opened, set up, run and closed consistently to high standards
- you will operate with a team of FT and PT staff members so experience with management of junior staff members and delegation is preferred but not mandatory
