Requirements

  • min 3 years contract management, ideally in a facilities management company and /or a related field
  • strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, negotiation, and drafting
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and lead a team
  • knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • operations management: 3 years

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Contract type

  • implement new contracts
  • review, analyze, and interpret client contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • assess opportunities for contract renewal, upsell, or cross-sell services to existing clients
  • collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities
  • maintain an up-to-date database of all active contracts and associated documentation

Responsibility

  • identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contracts, working to find practical solutions
  • ensure adherence to all safety and compliance regulations
  • proactively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • liase with the Health and Safety consultant and the team to make sure their training needs are met
  • ensure all company vehicles are serviced and maintained as per our time schedule
  • work closely with the Supervisors to ensure they have the equipment needed to carry out their work
  • generate reports on contract performance, staff performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators
