- we are now seeking a person with at least 2 years' experience in a similar sized accountancy practice
- that used to be us at Sunny Accountants until we moved all staff to a 4 day working week with NO decrease in pay
- experience working in a busy accountancy practice is a distinct advantage
- struggling to find the time to follow your passions or spend quality time with friends or family?
- we welcome applications from suitable candidates looking for either part time or full time
- most of our staff also work some of those 4 days at home. One even brings her dog into the office
- don't be under any illusions though; we work very hard in those 4 days, proven by the fact that productivity actually increased when all staff started working 4 days instead of 5
Requirements
- advanced VAT knowledge in construction, e-commerce and on international matters
- experience in accounts preparation
- experience in completing self assessment tax returns
- experience preparing payroll and dealing with all filings with HMRC
- accounting: 2 years
