He will lie about the services being offered and it’s obvious he couldn’t deliver them. He will never file your accounts on time, from corporation tax to companies house filings, leading to penalties and CCJ’s in your company records . He will chase you for his payments and ensure he will get paid, until you’ll find out about the late filing fees, then all sorts of excuses and lies, fail promises will come up from him, he will manipulate his way out by promising that he will sort everything and pay for the late filing fees.
It’s a Day light scam. Very unethical and shouldn’t be allowed to practice as an accountant. Please run away from this accountancy firm as he will ruin your business.
