Responsibility

  • use various channels, such as job boards, social media, and community outreach, to attract diverse candidates
  • your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will allow you to engage with potential candidates, understand their skills and qualifications, and match them with suitable caregiving opportunities
  • you will collaborate with the recruitment team and healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to clients across language and cultural barriers
  • candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • compliance and Documentation: Ensure all necessary candidate documentation, including qualifications, certifications, and work permits, is obtained and compliant with relevant regulations
  • candidate Sourcing: Utilise your language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish to identify and source potential carers and healthcare professionals from specific linguistic communities

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or caregiver staffing is advantageous
  • proficiency in English and fluency in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
  • understanding of the caregiving and healthcare industry and related qualifications and certifications
  • knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements for caregiver recruitment
  • cultural sensitivity and the ability to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all applicants
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate records and documentation
