Requirements
previous sea going experience as OOW or above or sailed as Bosun onboard ERRV
small boat launching, recovering and handling experience – FRBS Jet and Prop, PSCRBs
excellent knowledge of STCW requirements
keep training certification up to date by becoming a participant on courses
excellent organisational skills
deliver courses at additional locations as required
excellent communication skills
ensure personal MCA training requirements are kept up to date and advise the Operations Manager if not
Responsibility
ensure the site is safe for delegates and staff
manage the course planner to ensure courses run efficiently on time and toagreed course timetables
work within the Stream Marine Training team to continue the safety culture of the Group
deliver courses that you are approved to deliver to a high standard, customer centric way ensuring all the specific learning outcomes are achieved
manage the process of maintenance checks on equipment and report any deficiencies to the Head of Operations
liaising with instructors ensure that company policies, procedures and operatinginstructions are followed, and feedback give to the Quality Assurance team,so updates are implemented
manage the process for the review of training to assist with improvements and identify new opportunities
ensure that courses are continually updated to ensure ongoing compliance· Ensure your own qualifications are kept up to date in order to deliver courses
