We bought tools that never arrived, Martin always called back if he missed our call. We did get a refund
I gave Martin approximately £700 last December and never received tools.
Friendly and charming on the phone but nothing but a con artist.
I contacted a debit firm in Scotland who looked into his accounts and found out he only had about £2000 in Monzo!
paid for some bits and sent wrong ones. also paid for some materials all paid up front nothing sent con artist
DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We paid for tools about 3 years ago which we never received and are still actively chasing our refund.
Martin took about £700 from me about a year ago and the tools never arrived.
I believe he has dissolved a number of companies in the past.
The owner,Martin,took my money and the power tools never arrived.
Excuse after excuse.

Still not been delivered, many excuse, have placed issue with solicitor without success, have spoken with bank to get refund still no success

Paid for goods that never arrived. Lots of excuses, and empty promises of a refund. Been nearly 10 month still no refund
Really sorry to hear this. Have you tried reaching out to consumer protection agencies? You might be able to take legal action if a resolution is not reached soon.

I paid this Company £900 for goods and I have not received them and the owner keeps promising a refund and it hasn’t come, been 3 months now
Watch out for this Company, they take your money and don’t deliver the goods and wil not give a eefund
Did they provide any reason or explanation for not delivering or refunding? It might help others to know what to expect if considering their service.
