How long have you been waiting for the refund? Have you taken any legal action against them?

I have been waiting for a refund now for 6 months.

Paid for goods that never arrived. Lots of excuses, and empty promises of a refund. Been nearly 10 month still no refund

Really sorry to hear this. Have you tried reaching out to consumer protection agencies? You might be able to take legal action if a resolution is not reached soon.

I paid this Company £900 for goods and I have not received them and the owner keeps promising a refund and it hasn’t come, been 3 months now

Watch out for this Company, they take your money and don’t deliver the goods and wil not give a eefund

(deleted by the administrator) is a rip off merchant! We paid over £600 to him in December 2023 and still haven't received the goods. He is full of excuses and false promises.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
