Responsibility
stone Security Ltd are looking to employ an experienced Front of House receptionist for a busy and friendly office in Mount Street London
as well as reception duties, you would be required to carry out a small amount of Building Management duties, giving an exciting and diverse role the right candidate to become part of the Stone Security Management team
you would be the first point of contract to any visitors to the building, so a welcoming and friendly attitude is required
in addition to the standard reception duties, you would be expected to manage the day-to-day operational activities in line with all health and safety, environmental and company procedures, legislative requirements, and client/tenant requirements in line with the required customer service criteria and key performance indicators
any other process & procedures as direct by client

review monthly M&E reports and engage site teams for input
ensure PPM Planner is adhered to and followed
to review quotations, in conjunction with Client FM for value for money and cost efficiency
overseeing of nominated contractors and internal requirements such as risk assessments, method statements and permits to work, on-site H&S
liaising with contractors and dealing with escalated building issues in a timely manner
ensuring annual H&S documentations & folders are current and in date
