Responsibility

  • manage, qualify and distribute all inbound enquiries and leads from web, phone and mail
  • creation of quotations for sales team
  • creation of specifications for sales team
  • creation of method statements for sales team
  • support the internal and external sales function in realizing project sales via critical commercial and technical administration tasks
  • management of sample process
  • part of a team acting as the first point of contact for external customer enquiries
  • creation of project packs
