Responsibility
efficiently and pro-actively manage all forms of office correspondence
create, develop and maintain an accurate filing system for company information
assist in the creation of company reports and documents where required
communicate positively with all staff and stakeholders, both internally and externally
assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, data entry and ledger control
provide basic HR support in maintaining employee records, new starter checklists and assist in the provision of a basic HR function
as the office and administration manager you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and creating a well-run and efficient office environment
Requirements
excellent all-round communication skills
A pro-active, can-do approach to all tasks and the ability to multi-task
A sound and clear knowledge of administration and management procedures
working and management knowledge of accounting systems and databases
