- knowledge of the whisky, gin, or spirits industry
- strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve targets
- experience with event planning and execution
- excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- familiarity with booking and CRM systems
- A passion for premium spirits and a keen interest in the distilling process
- A strong network within the Scottish tourism industry
Responsibility
- work with the marketing team to promote new offerings, seasonal events, and packages to increase awareness and demand
- address and resolve customer feedback, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
- sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for tours, merchandise, and event bookings
- monitor guest satisfaction through surveys, reviews, and direct feedback to continuously improve the experience
- maintain inventory levels of merchandise and spirits for retail sales
- track and report on key performance indicators , including guest numbers, sales figures, staff performance, and guest satisfaction
