• due to growth and the introduction of new shift patterns, we are currently looking to recruit technicians to work on our Back-Shift from our Rochdale Site

• we are looking for competent, enthusiastic, and organised candidates who can work as part of a team or independently under the direction of our dedicated Workshop Manager to carry out repairs and maintenance on HGV’s

• for this customer focused role, you must have experience within the motor trade. Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential
• the ideal candidate will be presentable and approachable and possess a positive can-do attitude
• you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner

• steadplan Limited is a group of MAN Truck Dealerships located in the North-West of England. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join the ever-growing Steadplan team at our Nelson depot to work on the Service Reception
• duties will include
• professionally communicate with customers to organise the servicing and repair of their vehicles
• raise detailed job cards to allow the technicians to achieve a first-time fix
• liaise with various other departments throughout the Steadplan Group
• organise breakdown attendance via MAN Mobile 24
• general ad-hoc duties when required
• planning service schedules and MOT schedules
• gaining authorisation to carry out repairs often providing all associated costs to obtain a purchase order number
