- maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- keep work area clean and organized
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders
Requirements
- previous experience working as a Florist or in a similar role is essential
- ability to sell floral products and upsell additional services
- knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
