Responsibility
- restocking such as vending machine and key safes
- conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly
- ensure all waste is disposed of correctly
- monitor building security and report any suspicious activities
- communicate effectively with customers in a courteous manner
- perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of the premises such as but not limited to Sweeping/Vacuuming/Mopping/ Jet washing/ litter picking and more
- assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required such as but not limited to padlock removal, Painting, Weeding, Cutting Grass and Trimming Bushes
Requirements
- excellent communication skills to interact with customers
- strong customer service skills
- valid driving licence to operate company vehicles
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- prior experience in caretaking or maintenance roles is advantageous
- cleaning: 1 year
