Responsibility
- to work as part of the site management team in ensuring the satisfactory operation and maintenance of the school’s building and grounds, providing a clean, healthy and safe environment
- grade: H3
- responsible to: Site Manager
- to carry out handyman duties including minor repairs to furniture and fixtures and small decorating tasks including some specialist work inline with your skills and capability
- to have a good eye for detail and take a proactive role in identifying and improving aspects of site maintenance in conjunction with the Site Manager, ensuring site is well maintained and looking its best at all times
- to support the maintenance and security of the school’s buildings and grounds
- to carry out general porterage duties, including movement of furniture and equipment within the school
- to undertake daily and periodic spot cleaning of all areas of the school buildings and grounds according to schedule of work
