- as a Customer Service Coordinator you will report to the Operations Manager
- you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- you will have the opportunity to evolve within the business, as they continue to develop, they have new and exciting challenges ahead of them
- as a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, issues, and requests to ensure a smooth and satisfactory interaction between the company and its customers
- order Processing: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution
- communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about order statuses, product information, and relevant updates
- documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
