responsible for the reception desk, greeting all visitors, customers, and course delegates
responsible for signing in course delegates and making sure information is input accurately
responsible for processing and filing all post course paperwork accurately and in a timely and efficient manner
issuing course certificates and liaising with trainers to ensure paperwork is received and certificates issued within set deadlines
run course certificate progress reports to ensure certificates have been issued within set deadlines
producing invoices and credits, and taking payments by card, cash, or cheque
to investigate and resolve customer queries relating to course attendance, contacting companies about absent candidates and resending certificates where necessary
to be the first point of contact for all general enquiries, by email, phone or in person and direct the enquiry to the appropriate person
