Responsibility
- supervise and oversee maintenance operations and contractors for the two school sites
- manage projects related to facility upgrades and improvements
- lead a small team of Facilities staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- manage records of planned maintenance of all assets including minibuses, surveys, H & S, Inspections, energy and compliance across the sites
Requirements
- we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Facilities Manager, with accommodation provided if required
