Requirements
- A min. of 2 years experience in convenience retailing at Store Manager/Supervisory level
- good working knowledge of all fresh food areas and a proven ability to maintain an exceptionally high standard
- proven experience in the areas of stock control, people management, cost control, HACCP implementation
- excellent attention to detail in store standards and excellent communication skills
