Requirements
- must have a valid Door Supervisor/SIA license
- must be reliable and consistent
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- familiarity with CCTV systems and ability to monitor surveillance footage effectively
- understanding of loss prevention techniques and ability to identify potential risks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
