Responsibility
- utilise your deep technical knowledge to comprehensively understand and evaluate client requirements, ensuring proposed solutions align with their business objectives
- work with direct colleagues and external partners to support on preparing and submitting Bids
- work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure seamless communication and successful solution delivery
- maintain a comprehensive understanding of Spyrosoft's capabilities, staying updated on new features, updates, and industry trends
- engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, articulating technical benefits and the value proposition of Spyrosoft's solutions
- develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and supporting materials, to aid the sales process
- apply your expertise across various industries, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and more, to adapt solutions that address sector-specific challenges and opportunities
- assist in technical validation processes, including proof of concepts and pilot projects, to ensure client expectations are met
Requirements
- A relevant technical degree or equivalent work experience
- proven experience as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in the technology sector
- strong knowledge of a wide range of technology solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and networking
- exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- multi-sector experience and a demonstrated ability to understand and address the distinct challenges and opportunities in various industries
- relevant certifications are a plus
- willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and Spyrosoft International sites as needed
