Responsibility
- reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition Manager
- acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions
- to work closely with the operations team to provide recruitment support and advice wherever needed
- partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria
- managing recruitment process from beginning to end
- provide professional talent acquisition partnering for vacancies allocated and pipelines of identified, screened and engaged candidates
- to support in the development of our Talent Pool and benchmarking
- assisting the operations team with the on-boarding process
Requirements
- ability to communication and engage with people across all levels
- highly organised multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail
- ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
- experience in a busy HR environment
- substantial recruitment experience from agency or in-house with minimum 2 years recruitment experience
- significant demonstrable experience of high volume, full life cycle recruiting experience
- experienced in building strong relationships with stakeholders internal and external
- experienced headhunter with proven track record of placing candidates
