Requirements
- proven experience as a kitchen designer or interior designer with a track-record of sales success and delighted customers
- proficient in design software such as Winner or equivalent
- experience of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- excellent communication and presentation skills – able to communicate effectively with all types of customers
- skilled and experienced at quickly building a rapport with customers and maintaining strong relationships throughout
- exceptional attention to detail
- the ability to pick up new processes and IT systems quickly
- kitchen layouts, materials, and appliance integration
Responsibility
- monitor project timelines and proactively find and address any potential delays or issues
- carry out ad-hoc duties that may be required outside of your role
- create kitchen leads through conversation with customers as well as following up on those provided by members of the Spillers sales team
- attend training sessions to deepen product knowledge and maintain expertise in kitchen furniture and appliances
- adhere to our policies and standards in all areas of your work
