Responsibility
- to have at least 3 agreed metrics each month that demonstrate success against the plan
- to contact businesses by telephone to promote product/service leads. Solicit orders accordingly
- deliver an adapted sales pitch as per customer to meet specific needs and overcome any objections
- to effectively negotiate prices with customers
- receive orders over the telephone and input into the company computer systems
- schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- to support the BDM and Operations in establishing a plan that demonstrates detailed actions in support of achieving the strategic aims of the Franchise for the next 12 months
- contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas
Requirements

- strong customer service ethic with negotiation and telephone skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- articulate with a confident phone manner
