Responsibility
- you will be responsible for managing emails and downloading files, receiving and validating prescriptions, dealing with mail, and general administrative activities
- based at our Chester offices, your responsibility will be to provide excellent levels of customer service to our customers at all times
- the position requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement as you will be liaising with healthcare professionals
- the role includes: dealing with incoming calls, investigating and resolving customer queries, informing customers on all aspects of our service, and proactive calls
Requirements
- it is essential that you have previous experience of working within a customer service environment
- you will be customer focussed with professional telephone and written communication skills
- it is essential that you are able to work as part of a busy team and possess proficient computer skills
- experience within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not essential
