- end of tenancy cleans and preparing properties for new residents, including moving furniture and redecorating rooms
- cleaning communal areas of our shared houses and blocks of flats on a regular basis
- deep cleans of ovens, fridges, washing machines and bathrooms
- cleaning of company office areas
- removal of excess waste to household recycling centres
- assisting with moving our residents into and out of our accommodation, including transporting luggage/possessions
- completing basic maintenance tasks with guidance from the maintenance team
- decorating communal areas when required
