- ensure the safety and security of the premises and individuals within the establishment
- monitor and control access to the premises, checking passes and ID if Required
- conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any unauthorized activities or security breaches
- maintain a visible presence
- respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
- provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing their concerns or inquiries
- assist with the Arcade and replacemnet of Tickets in the games
- collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services when necessary
Requirements
- experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
- familiarity with emergency response procedures and first aid techniques
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- excellent problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently
- ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when faced with unexpected incidents or emergencies
- physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform regular patrols
- knowledge of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage to property
- valid security license or certification required
