  • demonstrable experience in offshore oil & gas or energy
  • deep understanding of engineering principles and practices, relevant to the specific industry or area of focus
  • technical / Engineering background
  • experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects, using project management methodologies and tools
  • A team player, able to work closely with sales and operational departments
  • ability to communicate effectively with engineers, management, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • relevant experience in an Oil and Gas Company
